Role & responsibilities:
The Brave Bison marketing team are on the hunt for an experienced, versatile and multi-disciplined designer to level up our marketing activity, support pitches and drive creativity, clarity and consistency across our three agency brands: Brave Bison, SocialChain and Engage.
We're going through a period of rapid and exciting growth and are looking for someone to help us tell our story to our clients, our prospects, our people and the industry in new, dynamic ways.

Every day is different in the marketing team, but some of your core responsibilities will include:
Taking the lead on designing clear, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations -- a core part of the role -- for client pitches, internal communications, and marketing initiatives.
Creating and adapting social media assets, email graphics, and supporting collateral in line with brand guidelines.
Assisting with the production of case study layouts, award entries, and other day-to-day design requests.
Maintaining and updating template libraries in PowerPoint and Figma for easy use across the business.
Supporting the Senior Designer in rolling out brand guidelines and ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborating closely with the marketing and growth team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality design work across multiple brands.
Qualification & skills requirements:
Strong PowerPoint design skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Ability to create assets for both digital and print formats.
Experience in designing social media and marketing materials (internships, freelance, or agency experience a plus).
Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.
1-2 years of design experience, or equivalent portfolio of work.
Motion graphics, video editing, or animation skills would be a bonus.
This role is fully remote, but you'll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Growth teams based in London and Manchester. You'll also have the support of a Senior Designer in the same region, giving you day-to-day partnership as well as connection into the wider design community across the business.
