This position aims to ensure our restaurants remain adequately stocked by using data to investigate stock issues, optimising supplier performance and placing orders using our bespoke replenishment/MRP tool. This role will also contribute to automating replenishment processes for a seamless supply chain.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct investigations on reasons for out-of-stock instances.
Maintain master data (delivery days, days target coverage, MRQ's, suppliers, stock items details etc.)
Conduct ad hoc analyses/investigations on supplier OTIF performance and overstocking issues.
Assist with allocations of new stock items and ad hoc allocations for promotional items.
Monitor deviations from forecasted usage/delivery schedules and take corrective action.
Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining a Central Ordering system to automate 500+ stores' replenishment.
REQUIREMENTS
BCom, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar degree.
Competent in Excel (PIVOTS, VLOOKUPS & SUMIFS).
