Junior Debtors Administrator

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of the Accounts department, the Debtors Clerk will take full responsibility for the complete Debtors function.
- Compiling invoices and sending to clients
- Reconciliation of payments
- Responsible for direct contact with clients on a daily basis
- Handling queries and feedback to directors
- Responsible for monthly statements
- Matric plus bookkeeping / accounting qualification
- Min 1 yrs experience in similar role
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong verbal and written and verbal communication skills
- Residing in the vicinity of Stellenbosch
