Assist in planning and executing data migration activities within Oracle environments.
Migrate databases from one structure to another, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Conduct database assessments to evaluate existing structures, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions.
Support the design of database migration processes, including workflows, timelines, and resource requirements.
Implement and configure database migration tools as per project needs.
Execute migration tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Perform data validation and reconciliation to confirm completeness and correctness post-migration.
Collaborate with senior database administrators, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless migration.
Provide technical support during migration and troubleshoot migration-related issues.
Assist with operational integration of migrated databases into live systems.
Document migration procedures, configurations, and lessons learned for future reference.
Follow ICT governance standards, best practices, and quality assurance guidelines.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) or higher in an ICT-related field (e.g., Software Development or Computer Science).
