Junior Creative Designer

Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our growing creative team. This is an entry-level role designed for a highly motivated designer who wants to grow with the company, take ownership of real projects, and evolve into a long-term creative lead.
This position offers hands-on exposure across digital design, content creation, brand development, and live events.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain website and social media accounts Develop concept sketches and visual ideas for campaigns and projects Create content for social and digital platforms Work closely with internal teams to align creative direction with development Collaborate with writers on storyboarding and visual narratives Coordinate with costume and production teams where applicable Contribute to tournament, event, and experiential concept design Attend industry events, and social activations Support sales-driven creative initiatives (commission-based opportunities available)
What We're Looking For
A strong creative eye with a passion for design, storytelling, and branding Ability to sketch concepts and communicate ideas visually Comfortable working collaboratively across teams Interest in events, pop culture, and creative industries Self-starter with a growth mindset and attention to detail Junior-level experience is expected however, talent and clear interest in the project take preference
