Junior Contracts Coordinator

Job Description
My client who deals in earthing and lightening protection is looking for a Junior Contracts Coordinator with a background in Construction and Electrical.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Effective planning of teams, ensuring efficient use of Teams time (to be fully productive) to complete works in the shortest time and ensure targets are reached.
- Quality control of the physical works and installations on site.
- Overseeing of outstanding work per project.
- Attending site meetings
- Conducting AMTs, Inspections, and testing and compiling reports.
- Conducting soil resistivity surveys
- Control installation of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with drawings and site specifications
- On site supervision on various larger projects as required. This may require you to stay on site (out of town) until the project is complete
- Stock control Administration and paperwork, relating to your position and related duties. All paperwork to be submitted timeously, in a neat and accurate manner
- Construction and Electrical background advantageous
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Able to read construction drawings
- Must have Own car
