Junior Commercial Property Broker (salaried)
Job Description
We have an opening available for a Junior Commercial Property Broker Associate.
NOTE: The ideal candidate is a recent graduate gentleman based residing in the Johannesburg Northern areas.
What youll be doing:
Youll work closely with a highly experienced Senior Commercial Property Broker, gaining valuable hands-on exposure to the full range of commercial property deal cycles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Regular travel to and from Johannesburgs key industrial nodes
- Managing calendars and appointments
- Capturing and uploading property photos/videos
- Maintaining up-to-date vacancy stock lists
- Prospecting for new clients and listings
- Preparing client presentations and property packs
- Operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Working from our Bryanston office (proximity preferred)
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: R15,000/month
Plus: Opportunity to significantly increase earnings through performance-based bonuses
Plus: Fuel Allowance
