As a Junior Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll support a major UK Retail brand by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that help improve safety, efficiency, and performance across the business. Whether it's identifying trends in driver behaviour, spotting cost saving opportunities, or helping operational teams make smarter decisions, your work will have a direct impact on how things run day to day.

You'll be working with a fast-moving commercial team, collaborating closely with UK based colleagues. It's a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem solving to build a meaningful career in commercial finance.

What You'll Be Doing:

Producing daily and weekly reports to monitor driver behaviour and operational trends Reviewing AI-generated CCTV footage data to identify incidents that need coaching Supporting operational managers with data driven insights and performance tracking Processing and analyzing data using MS Excel and MS Access Reconciling driver payments and identifying discrepancies Creating clear visuals and commentary to support performance improvement

What We're Looking For:

You've got strong analytical skills and attention to detail You're confident using Excel (advanced level) You're comfortable working with large datasets and turning them into actionable insights You communicate clearly and collaborate well with others You're proactive, professional, and handle sensitive information with care Experience with Power BI is a bonus Flexible and able to work UK hours
