Responsibilities and Duties
Manage a portfolio of clients Develop and maintain a great relationship with his/her clients Manage and resolve all service related queries from clients via email and telephone Conduct regular budget review and adjust payment plan Assist the client to complete the debt counselling process Maintain/improve retention ratio, PDA ratio and aftercare fee ratio
Minimum Requirements
:
Matric (National Diploma or Degree is an advantage), 1 year Client Service experience in the financial or Credit industries (Advantage) Clear credit and criminal record

Customer service orientated Excellent verbal and written communication Great team player Good time management Well-organized and great attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Self-motivated and comfortable in taking initiative Ability to work independently
