Answering incoming claims calls Logging new claims and ensuring accurate documentation Communicating with insurers and tracking claims status Following up on repairs and settlements Managing deadlines efficiently and supporting the claims process from start to finish
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
is essential
Excellent time management and communication skills Strong administrative ability and attention to detailAdvantageous (but not compulsory):
RE5 certification Experience in the short-term insurance industry
