This is an ideal opportunity to harness your Civil Engineering or quantity surveying skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

• BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or BTech/BSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• 2-5 years' Practical experience in Construction Industry
• Measuring and preparing quantity take-offs from Civil and Structural drawings
• Assisting in the preparation of Cost Estimates and tender submissions
• Reading and interpreting civil and structural drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CCS Candy, Build smart and estimating software
• Familiarity with construction contract frameworks
