Deliverables of this position involves thorough supplier analysis for price, quality, and delivery standards. It includes entering price lists into the ERP system, negotiating cost savings, and ensuring precise purchase order data entry. The role also encompasses evaluating new suppliers, maintaining the Active Supplier List, expediting critical deliveries, and monitoring order status. Effective communication between suppliers and internal departments is a key aspect.
The incumbent will be reporting into the General Manager.
