JUNIOR BUYER
Ref: CXP068/2023 Required to purchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, lead-times and HSE protocols. Ensure strict adherence to procurement compliance processes. FIXED TERM CONTRACT POSITION
Salary tctc: R8 000 xe2x80x93 R10 000 xe2x80x93 dependent on experience and quals
Location: KZN North Coast Main Duties include:

• Provide Procurement support to the relevant departments and handle RQFs
• Ensure that goods/services meet the Purchase Requisitions.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain a professional relationship with suppliers.
• Administering the LATIS/SAP by design ERP System.
• Assist in sourcing of products/services and meet the savings plan / KPI goals
• Ensure POs are processed timeously, approved and sent to authorized persons
• Communicate any delays on orders to the relevant stakeholders.
• File and distribute all relevant documents/communication/information
• Operate with the highest standards of integrity.
• Perform any other duties required by your designated manager.

Criteria:

• Qualification in Procurement / Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Buying/Procurement.
• Computer literate xe2x80x93 MS Office, Google Workspace
• Competence with ERP software xe2x80x93 Oracle/JD Edwards or SAP.
• Good communications skills and good negotiation skills.
