MotorHappy is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Junior Business Analyst. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly skilled Business Analyst Team.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Specific Role Responsibilities

• Challenge the business on their thinking, especially to understand the intent of the business requirements in order to drive efficiencies in the organisation

• Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts and Process owners to ensure all requirements are defined and documented correctly

• Clearly articulates and documents business requirements

• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands

• Facilitate JAD sessions / workshops

• Development of comprehensive test packs

• Lead the execution of unit, system and performance testing

• Participate in user acceptance testing

• Development of user training material

• Delivery of user training for a specific module or system

• Lead Post Implementation Support for a specific module or system as assigned

• Process Design

• Find efficiencies within the business

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 /Matric

• Computer Literate in

o Ms Word
o MS Excel
o MS Outlook
o MS Visio

• BSc Computer Science, B.Sc. (Informatics or Mathematics), Information Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree or Relevant Diploma

• SQL knowledge would be an advantage

• Work experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience in Financial services environment
