Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, Business, or Communications
2-3 years in marketing or brand support; experience with brand campaigns, product launches, or trade marketing
Project coordination, attention to detail, written/verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, creative thinking with commercial awareness
Microsoft Office Suite; basic design/presentation tools (Canva, PowerPoint); market research, competitor analysis, reporting tools

Duties & Responsibilities
The guardian of the brand's past and present identity and the architect of its future public perception.
Define and protect the brand's essence.
Brand Strategy:
Assist in shaping and defining the brand's mission, vision, values, target audience, and unique selling proposition (USP).
Brand Positioning
: Assist in determining how the brand should be perceived in the market relative to competitors.
Messaging & Voice:
Establishing the brand's core messaging and tonal guidelines of how the brand speaks and what it stands for.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Working with product development, sales, external agencies, PR, and the customer care department to ensure a consistent brand experience at every touchpoint.
Performance Analysis
: Tracking performance
Content Strategy & Calendar
: Translating the brand's key messages into a planned content calendar tailored for each social platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Community Management:
Acting as the voice of the brand online, responding to comments, messages, and mentions. This includes handling both praise and criticism in a way that reinforces brand values.
Engagement & Growth:
Developing and executing strategies to grow the brand's audience and foster an active, loyal community (e.g., through competitions, user-generated content campaigns, and influencer partnerships).
Paid Social Advertising:
Planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns on social platforms to achieve specific objectives like driving website traffic, generating leads, or boosting brand awareness.
