Requirements:
Grade 12
Knowledge or Accreditation in Hikvision and Dahua systems (IP & analogue)
Proven experience as a technician in the security industry
Proven experience with and strong technical knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV and access control
Experience with gate motors, automation and fencing systems
Computer literacy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet the company's targets and deadlines
Commitment to adhering to Health and Safety Regulations
Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
Install, program, and maintain security systems, including alarm systems, CCTV, access control, automation and fencing.
Test systems to ensure full functionality after installation.
Ensure all installations comply with company and industry standards.
Identify and resolve faults, perform repairs, and provide technical support.
Provide training and guidance to clients on system usage.
Deliver excellent customer service and support.
Collaborate with team members and report technical issues to management.
Follow all Health and Safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
