Job Description
Job Summary Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT or related field
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field is advantageous
- Honours or Masterxe2x80x99s degree is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 1xe2x80x932 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in automation, process improvement, or systems development
- Working knowledge of Power Automate (Microsoft Flow)
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (creation, management & integration)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data querying and manipulation
- Agile mindset xe2x80x93 exposure to sprints and JIRA preferred
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
- Support and optimise SharePoint and SQL-based internal systems
- Identify automation opportunities and provide technical solutions
- Participate in agile ceremonies and document technical processes
- Troubleshoot and improve performance of automation flows
