KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE

Monitor and manage daily payment transactions across various platforms Liaise with internal teams and payment service providers (PSPs) to resolve payment issues Support onboarding and integration of new payment methods and gateways Assist in chargeback/dispute processes and fraud monitoring Reconcile transactions and support financial reporting tasks Collaborate on projects to improve payment flows, reduce friction, and enhance automation Stay informed about payment trends, regulations, and compliance standards in the industry

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1-2 years' experience in a payments-related role (preferably in the gaming, betting, fintech, or e-commerce industry) Familiarity with digital wallets, card processing, and alternative payment methods Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and coordination abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience using PSP dashboards, reconciliation tools, or back-office systems Work closely with Project Management Team on rollout and implementation of New Payment Mechanisms. Understanding of AML/KYC practices Exposure to project work or cross-functional collaboration Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems/tools




EDUCATION:


* Certifications in payments, compliance (AML/KYC), or fintech systems can be advantageous.
