We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. The role blends architectural knowledge with interior design expertise to deliver spaces that are functional, visually striking, and tailored to client needs. The successful candidate will work from concept to completion, ensuring every detail reflects both practicality and style.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present design concepts, mood boards. Plan interior layouts, architectural drawings, and construction documentation. Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting. Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality control. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project reports.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Strong creative flair with an eye for detail and functionality. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines.
Desirable Skills

Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices. Experience in both residential and commercial projects. Strong presentation and client relationship skills.
