Job Summary Company Overview Boomer Autor, a Germany based Media and Publishing company, is seeking a Junior Appointment Setter to support our sales team by engaging with potential authors through various communication channels. This position is based in Centurion SA and offers a pathway to joining our global sales team. Position Responsibilities - Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, utilizing proficiency in English. - Email Management: Send structured and compelling emails to potential leads to encourage discussions with our Global Author Sourcing Team. - Social Media Sourcing: Use social media platforms to identify and connect with targeted communities interested in book publication. - Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for further sales engagement. -Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and set up meetings between potential authors and our sourcing team. Candidate Profile - Educational Requirement: Tertiary Qualification in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields. - Required Languages: Fluency in English. - Key Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Effective organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
