We're searching for a stellar Appointment Setter who thrives in the dynamic intersection of film, photography, advertising, and event worlds. This role demands a proactive individual capable of navigating through these industries with ease, identifying and securing pivotal meetings that propel our agency to new heights. As the linchpin between potential clients and our visionary team, your efforts will lay the groundwork for transformative brand experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients within the film, photography, advertising, and events industries.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring a seamless connection between clients and our project teams.
• Utilize a deep understanding of the industry landscape to enhance engagement strategies.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions, preferences, and feedback to inform future initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach tactics and messaging.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably within the events, film, photography, or advertising sectors.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple schedules and deadlines efficiently.
• A passion for the creative industries and a keen understanding of trends in film, photography, advertising, and events.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

• Laptop/computer with video conferencing capabilities.
