Updating and Maintaining of FNB Recipients folders on FNB - in line with Company Policy.
Square meter report for the Operations Director
Shipping income and expense report.
Full accounting function relating to the Zambia branch
Preparation of customs documents and invoice for stock to African branches (Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique).
Additional Requirements:
Speak - Read - Write - English fluently.
Proficiency in Afrikaans will also be beneficial
A completed diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience (3 years) in accounting/bookkeeping is essential.
Advanced Excel knowledge is important, as well as being computer literate in Word and Outlook.
Must be a logical thinker and numeric competency is non-negotiable.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
Professional, reliable, and a strong team player with good communication skills
Own Transport and living on the East Rand is advantageous.

Salary increases take place during June of every year
Work hours are from 08h00-17h00, Mon to Fri.
A mandatory three-month probation period
Membership to the Provident Fund is compulsory after the successful completion of the probation period. The contribution rate is 10% of the basic salary per month, which is split 3,5% Employee Contribution and 6,5% Company Contribution.
There is no medical aid offered.
Should a13th cheque be offered during December this would be at the sole discretion of Management.

15 days leave per annum - PAID annual leave is to be taken during the industry shut-down period in December and January. Annual leave can be taken during the year, but it will be unpaid.
