Junior Account Managers

who are eager to learn, hungry to grow, and ready to build real expertise in email + SMS marketing.

Whether you're new to retention marketing or early in your career, we've got you covered:

Every new Junior AM goes through our PLTHORA Training Program

A hands-on, structured training sprint designed to teach you:

- Retention strategy fundamentals

- Klaviyo workflow and campaign management

- Client communication & reporting

- Real-world problem solving

- PLTHORA's systems, processes, and standards

After the training month, you'll gradually take on your first clients

- with full support from team leaders and our internal knowledge systems.

What You'll Be Doing (After Training)

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll support and eventually lead the retention strategy for your portfolio of clients:

- Manage

3-6 eCommerce accounts

after completing training, each with unique retention challenges and goals

- Collaborate closely with designers

- Help build and execute monthly retention calendars, flows, and campaigns

- Analyze performance and present insights directly to clients

- Work with Team Leaders to continuously level up your strategic thinking

This is a role for someone who wants structured learning, real responsibility, and a fast-track path to becoming a top-tier retention strategist.
