Job Description
Universal Automated Systems is a leading manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of in-motion weighing systems, process control solutions, packaging scales, and material handling equipment.
We are currently looking for a
hands-on, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager
to assist in the coordination and execution of projects within our manufacturing environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background and experience in the manufacturing sector who is looking to grow into a project management role.Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of engineering and manufacturing projects Coordinate communication between internal departments (design, production, procurement, etc.) Track project progress and assist in keeping tasks on schedule Help identify and resolve day-to-day issues during the project lifecycle Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting Participate in client updates and site meetings where required
Requirements:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Good communication skills and attention to detail Proactive and willing to learn project coordination best practices
Preferred but Not Required:
Exposure to project coordination or project-based work Basic understanding of mechanical systems or industrial equipment
