Job Description
Small publishing business involved in trade publishing, specifically in the plastics and composites industry sectors requires a Journalist.
The role:
- Edit text (many of the stories published are supplied via the press departments of many of the international material and machinery manufacturers and industry organisations);
- Write articles and take photographs and conduct interviews with people in the industry, visit companies, attend industry events and trade shows and get involved in the sectors covered;
- Interact with advertisers and readers;
- Sell adverts;
- Update the website, design and send out emailers and manage the general process of internet marketing.
- Diploma or degree in Journalism, Languages, or Media Studies.
- Experience working as a Journalist.
- Relevant computer skills.
- Passion for media.
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license.
