Salary: R8500-16k CTC Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install custom joinery and cabinetry according to design specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standard.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
• Apply on-point problem solving ability to think on your feet and be solution-driven.
• Involved from assembly through to installation.
• You will be expected to provide high-quality workmanship while representing the business in a professional and presentable manner at all times.

Requirements

• Matric; Grade 12
• Drivers License; Own transport (advantage).
• Proven experience in the cabinetry/joinery fitting industry
• 5+ years installation background essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of cabinetry assembly and installation.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Health & safety awareness in a workshop environment.
• Honest and professional with a strong work ethic.
• Presentable and client-facing, with good communication skills.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve perfection.
