Role Overview:

As a Portfolio Manager at ManageAir, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to redefine the short-term rental industry. Your key responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, all aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual to excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Duties:
  • Guest and Owner Relations: Manage expectations with guests and property owners, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Coordinate various tasks, including scheduling maintenance, shopping, renovations, and handling expenses.
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct minimum requirement and maintenance checks, schedule couch cleans, and meet with contractors as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle tasks such as receipt management, filing (electronic and hard copies), monthly statements, and Xero bills and invoices.
  • Onboarding: Take ownership of the onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with co-workers, building personnel, and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on property checks, cancellations, and review analysis.
