TerreSauver is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
On-Site CPS Engineer
to provide engineering oversight, quality control, and technical leadership for the implementation of CPS Level 9 systems on Mining sites. The successful candidate will act as the on-site engineering authority, ensuring alignment between OEMs, CxD teams, and all project stakeholders while upholding TerreSauver's principles of quality and ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Engineering Oversight & Quality Control
Stay abreast
of
industry developments and international standards
(including
ISO 21815-1, 2 & 3
,
MOSH CPS guidelines
,
Traffic Management best practices
(framework/definition decisions & technical way forward framework and roadmap), and
EMESRT guidelines
), with clear
recommendations
and an
implementation roadmap
to ensure compliance and alignment.
Lead all on-site CPS engineering activities, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and technical standards.
Manage, monitor, and track the installation portion of the CPS implementation, including daily sign-offs and spot checks.

CPS Level 9 Responsibilities
Develop and execute CPS Level 9 test methodology, procedures, data analysis, and prepare recommendations for Manco & Steerco.
Maintain and resolve issues within the technical issue log; document all technical decisions and resolutions.
Conduct technical risk assessments for CPS Level 9 installations/upgrades.
Provide oversight and quality assurance for OEM integration and implementation activities.

Project Logistics & Coordination
Implement logistics agreements including installation zones, CoC processes, and technology storage.
Coordinate with OEMs, CxD teams, and internal stakeholders for aligned implementation and execution.
Participate in project meetings, workshops, and change management initiatives.
4.
Documentation & Reporting
Ensure daily completion and submission of inspection and task-related documentation via designated platforms.
Review and update TMM CPS-related standards and procedures for alignment and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an on-site engineering or implementation role.
Experience with CPS Level 9 systems highly preferred.
Strong background in CPS systems, OEM integrations, and complex installation oversight.
Proven leadership in engineering teams and large-scale technical projects.
Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ethics-driven with a commitment to quality and safety.
Proficient in technical reporting, documentation, and risk assessment.
