Job Description
Candidate Key Performance Outputs
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies.
Supervise and train warehouse staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize warehouse management software for tracking and reporting.
Candidate Requirements/Experience
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
