Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Accurately open and maintain job cards for vehicle service and repairs.
  • Liaise between customers and workshop technicians to ensure clear communication of customer requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their vehicle service or repair.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership/service centre offerings and promotions.
  • Assist with service bookings and scheduling.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate where necessary.
  • Ensure proper documentation and administrative procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized service reception area.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • At least 3 to 12 months experience in an automotive or dealership environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational ability.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office & dealership management systems an advantage).
  • Valid drivers license (Code 08) preferred.
