Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Mechanical or technical qualification (diploma/degree or trade)
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Valid driver's license and own transport
- Residing in Cape Town or surrounds
- Exposure to gears, gearboxes, or mechanical components (advantageous)
- Hunger to learn and succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Ability to cold call, identify leads, and build relationships with clients
- Support senior sales with client visits, quoting, and proposals
- Develop into a fully independent sales hunter in the industrial gear sector
