We are actively seeking talented Junior Lab Analysts for our esteemed client in the food and beverage sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic lab department.
Position Overview:
As a Junior Lab Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of products. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Analytical Chemistry and a passion for laboratory work.
Requirements

National Diploma (Analytical Chemistry) or equivalent
Knowledge of relevant food safety requirements will be an added advantage
1 - 2 years post qualification experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT Literate in Microsoft applications
A strong self-starter, self motivated with a flexible and adaptable working appraoch - SHIFT WORK
Team player

Key Responsibilities:

Input accurate data into electronic platforms (PowerBI, Entecom).
Conduct chemical and microbiological analyses according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Calibrate laboratory instruments during shifts.
Support compliance with BRC standards as directed by the Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC).
Maintain a tidy workspace in accordance with 5S principles.
