About the role:
Stone Three is looking for a Junior HR Administrator based at our Head Office in Somerset West. The Junior HR Administrator will provide a full HR Administration service to the HR Department and to internal and external clients, acting as a first point of contact for all operational HR enquires.
Responsibilities will include:
Payroll Administration
:
Assist with payroll preparation and ensure that relevant documentation is submitted.
Ensure all HR Invoices are paid and POP sent to stakeholders.
Handle leave queries and systems issues.
Highlight any leave and claims not dealt with by Line Managers.
Recruitment
:
Management of CV's and updating the recruitment tracker for each vacant position.
Acting as point of contact for any candidate/recruiter's queries during the recruitment process.
Arrange meet and greets.
Assist reference and verification checks.
Prepare employee documentation.
Arrange Vacation Students recruitment.
Performance Management and labour relations
:
Assisting the HRM with maintaining updated organograms and keeping job descriptions current.
Employee life-cycle management
:
Assisting and manage employee records and ensure all required documentation is available in personnel folders and on the payroll system.
Assisting and ensure employee information on Pays pace, Teams and Culture Amp is accurate and up to date.
Arrange probation reviews.
Arrange offboarding and exit interviews.
Collate all new employee documentation.
Transformation
:
Assisting and support all BBBEE endeavours by providing correct information and documentation to outsourced consultants (E.g. POP's, invoices)
Assisting and following up on BBBEE certificates from stakeholders.
Arrange and participate in the Employment Equity Skills Committees, prepare agenda and minute taking.
Assisting and support the Health and Safety Committee within the company and ensure compliance in terms of health and safety procedures, drills, committee meetings, training etc.
Training and Development
:
Assist the HRM with data required information for the submission of WSP & ATR.
Assisting in obtaining and manage invoices, POP and certificates.
Assisting and updating the training tracker report.
Company Culture:
Assisting with employee social activities and participate in the Social Squad.
Assisting with arranging 1:1's.
Assisting driving teambuilding initiatives throughout the company.
Administration:
Assist front desk in the afternoons (Monday - Friday)
Assist with any adhoc administration.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources Management.
Desired Requirements:
At least 1 years' HR generalist experience.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
