The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled, and available to provide support beyond normal office hours when required.Key ResponsibilitiesHardware and Software Management:Install and configure new computers, software, and peripherals.Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues.Perform updates and upgrades of operating systems and equipment.Implement and monitor backup and recovery procedures.Network Management:Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, and firewalls.Ensure network and system security via antivirus and other measures.Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.User Support:Provide first-line technical support to users.Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues.RequirementsMinimum 2 years experience as an IT Technician.High school diploma or equivalent.CompTIA A+ certificate or a degree/diploma in IT or Computer Science is advantageous.Knowledge of Python is a plus.Must be available on-call after hours to support various branches.If you have a passion for IT systems and problem-solving, this is the opportunity for you!
