Ons klixc3xabnt is op soek na 'n toegewyde en tegnies vaardige IT-tegnikus wat 'n kritiese rol sal speel in die instandhouding van IT-infrastruktuur regoor 11 takke. Die ideale kandidaat is betroubaar, kundig en bereid om buite normale kantoorure ondersteuning te bied waar nodig.
Sleutelverantwoordelikhede
Hardeware- en sagtewarebestuur:
Installeer en konfigureer nuwe rekenaars, sagteware en apparatuur.
Spoor foute op en herstel hardeware/sagteware probleme.
Voer opdaterings en opgraderings van bedryfstelsels en toerusting uit.
Implementeer en monitor ondersteunings-en herstelprosesse.
Netwerkbestuur:
Stel LAN/WAN netwerke, modems en "firewalls" op en hou dit in stand.
Verseker netwerksekuriteit deur antivirusprogramme en ander maatrexc3xabls.
Monitor netwerkprestasie en los probleme proaktief op.
Gebruiker Ondersteuning:
Bied eerstelyn tegniese ondersteuning aan gebruikers.
Diagnoseer en los hardeware-, sagteware- of netwerktoegangskwessies op.
Vereistes
Minimum van 2 jaar ondervinding as IT-tegnikus.
Hoxc3xabrskool diploma of ekwivalent.
CompTIA A+ sertifikaat of 'n verwante graad/diploma in IT of Rekenaarwetenskap is voordelig.
Kennis van Python sal 'n pluspunt wees.

More About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and technically proficient IT Technician to play a crucial role in maintaining IT infrastructure across 11 branches. The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled, and available to provide support beyond normal office hours when required.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware and Software Management:
Install and configure new computers, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues.
Perform updates and upgrades of operating systems and equipment.
Implement and monitor backup and recovery procedures.
Network Management:
Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, and firewalls.
Ensure network and system security via antivirus and other measures.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
User Support:
Provide first-line technical support to users.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Technician.
High school diploma or equivalent.
CompTIA A+ certificate or a degree/diploma in IT or Computer Science is advantageous.
Knowledge of Python is a plus.
Must be available on-call after hours to support various branches.
