It Support Technician
Job Description
We have an amazing opportunity for an IT support technician to join a dynamic team in a successful IT services and technical repair company.
Main responsibilities will include hardware installations and repairs, software support, new user setup and troubleshooting.
Skills required:
Strong communication, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective time management and good organisational skills.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Technical skill requirements:
Strong proficiency - all Microsoft operating systems and programs
Strong experience in Tech support (including new setup, maintenance of hardware, software, laptops, and printers )
Microsoft 365 implementation and maintenance
Outlook, email and general day-to-day applications
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of networks and related IP's
Laptop repairs & upgrades including screen and panel replacement
The salary package is market-related and negotiable based on skill and experience.
Additional incentives are available from time to time. Ongoing training is essential and provided.

Pay: R15000,00 - R20000,00 per month

High School (matric) (Preferred)
Experience:
IT Technical: 1 year (Preferred)
