EUR800) Location: Remote - South Africa (nationwide) Type: Full-time | Shift work (includes weekends/public holidays) What You'll Do Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support in Italian and English Provide help desk and technical support using CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce) Manage customer queries, billing, and troubleshooting with accuracy Maintain KPIs: CSAT, QA, and First Contact Resolution Requirements Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English South African ID or valid work permit Matric (Grade 12) minimum; call-centre experience preferred Fibre internet and a quiet home workspace required Strong computer literacy and typing skills Why Join ?
