Provide frontline support for IT hardware, software, and networking issues across multiple retail sites.
Install, configure, and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems, printers, barcode scanners, and back-office computers.
Monitor and support network services and infrastructure.
Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
Assist with system updates, software deployments, and backups.
Maintain IT documentation for network diagrams, system setups, and troubleshooting guides.
Support IT onboarding for new employees and stores.
Qualifications
5+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a
retail environment
.
Solid understanding of
networking principles (
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
Hands-on experience with retail hardware (POS systems, printers, handhelds, etc.).
Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in IT Field.
Certifications such as
CompTIA Network+ or A+
.
Experience with firewall configurations and network security tools.
Advance scripting or automation knowledge.
