Key Responsibilities
Provide
onsite and remote IT support
to clients across various environments.
Perform
IT systems support and administration
, ensuring optimal system performance.
Deliver
hardware and software troubleshooting
, installations, and maintenance.
Assist with
cloud services deployment and maintenance
, including Microsoft cloud offerings.
Conduct
site assessments
, compile documentation, and recommend technical improvements.
Perform
daily client follow-ups
, ensuring issues are resolved and updates are communicated effectively.
Assist with
networking support
, including diagnostics and configuration.
Support and maintain
firewalls and access points (APs)
.
Implement and monitor
end-point protection and management solutions
.
Minimum Requirements
+2 years' experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of O365, networking fundamentals, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Experience with firewalls, APs, and endpoint security tools.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (advantageous for onsite visits).
Strong communication & customer-service skills.
