RPO Recruitmentxe2x80x99s client is urgently seeking the expertise of an IT Technician in Northern Cape
Responsibilities
- Assist end users with day to day IT related issues
- Ensure all IT related issues are logged on the Helpdesk System and are resolved.
- Plan and implement network & infrastructure projects at the respective sites
- Accurate reporting and updates on work done
- Existing network and internet troubleshooting
- Laptop and desktop support
- Service and repair of laser and inkjet printers
- Keep accurate printer meter readings.
- Setup printer and scanning software on computers
- CCTV camera installations and support
- Grade 12
- IT Technical Services Qualification
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in IT support
- Experience working with CCTV systems and Bizhub printers
- Salary: R240K/yr - R300K/yr, negotiable
