Job Description

Duties:
Installing, problem solving and maintaining Wi-Fi routers/ networks, Wi-Fi cameras and Wi-Fi telephone systems.
Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers and printers and performing various IT equipment repairs.
Assisting with IT infrastructure setup and maintenance, implementing system and equipment upgrades and provide required support.
Requirements:
Grade 12
CompTIA A+ certification
Computer Technician NQF Level 5 / N+ or other relevant qualifications
Knowledge of Routers and Switches
Networking Knowledge
Office 365 Knowledge and Competency
Wireless Infrastructure - VOIP (3XC Software)
2 Years Desktop Support and 2 Years Hardware Support
Possession of valid drivers license
Relevant experience; prior learning; and the ability to learn the job.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be "hands on" approach.
Package on offer:
