Our client, a powerful market leader in the logistics industry, seeks your IT systems experience to take up this exciting position.
The Person:
- Matric.
- Technical qualification.
- A+ and N+.
- 3+ years technical experience with Microsoft Servers, Windows Desktop, VMWare, networking and end user support.
Report to the Director:
- Resolve helpdesk tickets.
- Hardware and software support.
- Hardware maintenance and repairs.
- Network testing and maintenance.
- Anti-virus, back-ups and disaster recovery
- Cover for Systems Administrator when necessary.
- Infrastructure documentation and change management.
- Infrastructure health checks.
- Attention to detail.
- Deadline driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Organised.
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
- Proactive and a team player.
- Sense of urgency.
