Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Manage and support virtualization platforms, storage solutions, and network services.
• Perform routine system backups, updates, and patch management to maintain security and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure and network issues.
• Assist with planning and deployment of new technologies and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain system documentation, asset records, and change control logs.
• Collaborate with site IT teams to ensure consistent system performance and adherence to standards.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and assist with periodic audits.
• Provide technical support to other IT staff and act as an escalation point for complex issues.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent qualification).
• 5+ years experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Azure AD
• VMware or Hyper-V
• Networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching)
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM or Ivanti.
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles and change management processes.
