You'll work closely with the IT Manager based in Australia and provide frontline support across multiple regions. You'll be responsible for managing helpdesk requests, resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT assets, and contributing to IT projects and system improvements. You'll work in a dynamic environment supporting a growing team within a reputable insurance organisation.

About the Role
As the IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing Level 1 and basic Level 2 support.
