is looking for a proactive
IT Support Technician
to strengthen our technical team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation and a passion for delivering efficient, reliable solutions to clients.
Key Qualifications & Skills
At least
1 year of practical IT support experience
.
Strong grasp of
computer networking
(TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN).
Practical knowledge of
POS hardware setup and configuration
.
Familiarity with
MySQL databases
(basic administration, queries, and troubleshooting).
Proven ability to
identify, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues
.
Clear communication skills and a
professional customer service approach
.
Driver's license is advantageous.
Role Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain
POS systems and related technology
.
Deliver
remote and on-site technical assistance
to clients.
Carry out
troubleshooting and maintenance
on hardware, networking, and database systems.
Support
MySQL databases
to ensure system stability.
Conduct
system upgrades, preventative checks, and repairs
.
Ensure client issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
