Salary: R7,000 - R10,000 per month (skill-dependent)

Point of Sale technology company
is looking for a proactiveIT Support Technician
to strengthen our technical team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation and a passion for delivering efficient, reliable solutions to clients.Key Qualifications & Skills
At least
1 year of practical IT support experience
. Strong grasp ofcomputer networking
(TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN). Practical knowledge ofPOS hardware setup and configuration
. Familiarity withMySQL databases
(basic administration, queries, and troubleshooting). Proven ability toidentify, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues
. Clear communication skills and aprofessional customer service approach
. Driver's license is advantageous.Role Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain
POS systems and related technology
. Deliverremote and on-site technical assistance
to clients. Carry outtroubleshooting and maintenance
on hardware, networking, and database systems. SupportMySQL databases
to ensure system stability. Conductsystem upgrades, preventative checks, and repairs
