Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive

IT Specialist

to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of our technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will possess a solid technical foundation, strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the efficient and reliable performance of all IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance. Deliver technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues promptly. Monitor system performance proactively, applying updates and patches to maintain security and reliability. Manage user accounts, access controls, and maintain comprehensive IT documentation. Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. Enforce IT policies and best practices to maintain compliance and safeguard organizational assets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in IT support or a comparable technical role. Proficiency with relevant operating systems and software, such as Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and networking tools. Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards. Exceptional communication abilities paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSA/MCSE. Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python or PowerShell.
