Job Description
Technical Support &Troubleshooting of users in the business
Set up new users (hardware, software and configuration)
Software Installations
Troubleshooting and diagnosing LAN and Wi-Fi network connectivity issues
IT Asset management
Security and Systems Management
Infrastructure and Networks
Must have the following Certifications:
CompTIA Networks
Microsoft 365 MD-102
Azure AZ-900
ITIL Foundation
Google Workspace Administrator
Cisco CCNA
IT Governance
POPIA
Minimum 4 Years experience in a similar role gained in a large organisation
Excellent knowledge of Office365 and Google Workspace
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, remote support and cloud based systems
Between 3 - 5 Years
