Job Description
PLEASE NOTE: This position is in Mandeni North of Stanger
Purpose of the role:
- Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems.
- Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users.
- Assist at help desk, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems. Basic LAN and WiFi trouble shooting.
- Be responsible for writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies.
- Time to time work in other technological areas, as and when instructed by management.
- Responsible for desk top computing environment which includes adding of computer to domains / installation of company software and resolving all desk top issues.

Required experience, qualifications and skills:
Requirements & Qualifications:-
Matric,
IT qualification Comptia A+
Studying towards / certified Comptia N+
- IT support experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work overtime from time to time.
- Excellent IT skills; specifically Microsoft Word,Excel & powerpoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
