Resolve's client is seeking an experienced IT Support Field Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual who thrives on solving technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and working independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients across various locations
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
Maintain and repair IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Respond to service tickets in a timely and professional manner
Document technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
Ensure all equipment and systems are compliant with company standards and security protocols
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
