IT Service Technician

to provide essential IT support to our busy sales call center, ensuring our hardware, software, and systems operate at their best.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling support calls and providing desktop, network, and troubleshooting assistance Testing applications and offering remote desktop support Assisting with callouts, installations, and hardware/software setup Setting up printers, phones, PCs, and additional devices Maintaining the IT asset register and documenting equipment movement Ensuring all equipment is tested, tracked, and in top condition Managing cabling and maintaining a neat IT environment Monitoring ISP, SIP, and CRM systems for smooth performance Reporting weekly on IT issues and resolutions Conducting daily checks of employee IT concerns Supporting any additional ad-hoc IT duties as needed

What You Bring to the Team

Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in MS Office Experience in hardware/software support Excellent communication and teamwork skills The ability to stay calm under pressure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A natural problem-solver with great initiative

Technical Skills Needed

Ability to rebuild a PC Basic Chrome troubleshooting Networking and backup management skills Understanding of VoIP and CRM systems Cable and asset management excellence Ability to follow structured IT procedures

Education & Certifications

IT-related diploma or degree Office 365 Administrator certification (advantageous)
