Our Payment software SaaS client in Bellville is looking for an experienced sales Support Administrator with 3 years plus experience coming from a technology SaaS environment with IT support experience

Job Requirements
Assisting in receiving incoming calls for new sales and IT Support
Redirecting Sales to Account Manager
Provide administrative support to the Sales Department (Account Manager)
Support to the client for IT of Saas System support
Providing merchant support and system training
To ensure that all service levels are completed and recorded
Setting up meetings and diary management for the account manager
Recording of all transactions and request
Completing and coordinating administrative work
Vetting of new clients
Providing registration assistance to potential clients if necessary
Liaising with external service providers on behalf of the sales team
Dealing with customer complaints and queries
Manage Sales Team expense budgets
Collate all necessary documents
Administration pertaining to petrol cards, petty cash and other expenses
